It has been an intense and eye-opening day, focusing on how we process information and interact with our environment. We explored The Power of Context through the famous 'vague text' activity, and practiced Mindfulness to improve our concentration. We also analyzed the importance of Feedforward (prior information) and Feedback.
During the break, we added a touch of color and joy by teaching the other participants how to dance Sevillanas. It was a magical moment of cultural exchange where Spanish art brought the whole group together amidst laughter and clapping.
Furthermore, we still have the spectacular views from yesterday at the Citadella with our colleagues from Calabria fresh in our minds. To top off this great day, we are embarking on a boat trip along the Danube today to admire the beauty of Budapest.
La jornada ha sido intensa y reveladora, centrándose en cómo procesamos la información y nos relacionamos con nuestro entorno: El Poder del Contexto, través de la famosa actividad del "texto vago", mindfulness: practicamos la atención plena para mejorar la concentración, analizamos la importancia del Feedforward (información previa) y el Feedback. Durante el descanso, pusimos la nota de color y alegría enseñando a bailar sevillanas al resto de participantes. Fue un momento mágico de intercambio cultural donde el arte español unió a todo el grupo entre risas y palmas. Además, tenemos grabadas las espectaculares vistas de ayer desde la Ciudadela, con nuestros compañeros de Calabria. Para cerrar con broche de oro este gran día, hoy nos embarcaremos en un viaje en barco por el Danubio para admirar la belleza de Budapest.
