Job Shadowing in Milan, Day One 13/04

We started our day by taking a bus towards the amazing central Milano station, where took a train to the lovely and pintoresque city of Bergamo. We enjoyed the food, the true Italian "gelato" and the magnificient monuments and views of città alta.





We have visited Santa María  la Maggiore Church  and we could appreciate the tapestries, frescos and fully ornamented walls and ceiling. Just next to it, we were surprised by the Mathematical treasure humbly placed opposite this collosal work of art: The Meridiana, an amazing work  of ancient engineering engraved on a marble plate, made in 1780 by the Mathematician and astronomer Gian Antonio Calegari. It's a fantastic landmark in the city which shows the relation between the seasons, the horoscope,    months , days and time, and the infinite sign. Extremely interesting if you like these topics.

Aksaray Diary – 21/05/2025 by Yolanda Soriano and Gema Galbarro We, Erasmus students, woke up and had breakfast early. We went to Abdulhamid Han Fen Lisesi high school and then headed to Cappadocia, where we visited Saratli, an underground city, and the Uchisar Castle. These were historical and very interesting places. Between visits, we went to a restaurant for lunch where there was a buffet. We tried different foods and desserts—it was an incredible experience. After eating, we went to a park where we enjoyed views of the river. Then we went to Avanos, a pottery village where we were taught how to make vases and other items. We also had the chance to buy souvenirs and gifts to take home. The last place we visited was the Goreme Open Air Museum, an ideal place for history lovers. Finally, we returned to the school where we had left our luggage earlier, and then we went to stay with our host families. Some of us changed students, while others stayed with the same companions. Últimos preparativos para Milán

El profesorado Erasmus+ ya están preparados para las dos movilidades al IISS Pietro Verri de Milán. En estos días se ha ultimado la documentación tanto para la movilidad con alumnado como de las dos profesoras que realizarán un Job Shadowing. Nuestro alumnado también está desenado conocer a sus compañeros y compañeras IISS Pietro Verri y ya han tenido su última reunión con la Comisión Erasmus+ del IES Alcaria. Desde Italia, estamos recibiendo igualmente la ilusión por recibirnos.

Selección del alumnado Erasmus+ 2025-2026

Tras meses de trabajo en el Proyecto Erasmus+ con nuestro alumnado participante, hemos realizado una evaluación baremada de los diferentes criterios, llevada a cabo por la Comisión Erasmus+, formada por profesores de nuestro centro, con la colaboración de Equipo Directivo y Equipos Educativos del alumnado implicado. Tras todo esto, informamos de la  selección del alumnado  para la movilidad Erasmus+. Recordamos que los criterios han sido el expediente académico, los resultados de las pruebas orales y escritas en inglés realizadas durante el mes de febrero, la madurez e idoneidad del alumnado para realizar una movilidad de estas características, las diferentes actividades realizadas en el marco del proyecto y la disponibilidad de las familias para acoger a alumnado de nuestros centros socios europeos.
